I can’t be a judge of what’s a legit kapampangan dish but their food lives up to what you would expect from a restaurant in the culinary capital. Everything was well prepared and tasty. Perfectly seasoned. Nothing is too salty or bland. Every bite from every dish all I can hear from my companions is “ang sarap”. The atmosphere is nice, what most people now would say “aesthetic”. The staff were welcoming. Location is nice that they are just beside the national road going to bataan and subic, which was perfect at that time because sctex was closed. There’s also plenty of parking spaces. It’s good that they accept card payments which is not typical in provinces

Reasonably priced and authentic kapampangan food. I especially liked the dinuguan. Sisig was too salty for my taste. Service was good and it was possible to get a reservation and order in advance via phone. Very convenient since we were entertaining guests.

Foos is okay, nothing special. Just your typical kapampangan home cooked dishes with prices leaning on the expensive side. P.S. Your glasses need a little bit more cleaning.

Go here. This is one of Pampanga's best food experiences. Heritage cooking, done right, and made current. The food was great, as always. I always get the suam mais and then pair it with a meat plus a vege dish. Their pinakbet is good. The humba is a must try. We've been to their other locations but this was the first visit to the original. Didn't regret the trip. Love the open air ambiance. The plants that decorate the place work. Even in the hot afternoon, it felt cool. Don't miss this place. Add it to your bucket list.

Superb and delectable Kapampangan cuisine, nothing fancy and pretentious, but uses great locally sourced ingredients for their dishes. It makes me feel like i come home to a fiesta in my family's hometown and im welcomed by all these delicious dishes.

I love the food here, my family became a regular customer. The dish are healthy, No MSG, not salty, and taste like farm to table kind of food. After dining, I didn't felt sleepy. That means they use all natural flavors and ingredients, no chemical, no flavorings. I felt like Sunday even we went here on a regular day. The vibe is one of a kind, maybe that's what makes it kapampangan. The music makes it nostalgic of my lolo and lola's genre. All the staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. As I am from manila who doesn't know about their local dish. I highly recommend this place if they want to try kapampangan dish that is all fresh and natural flavors.
